Manager Taeyeon didn't even suggest it — my mom has a somewhat sensitive scalp, so we asked about it ourselves. Since dye touches the scalp directly during the process... getting a good color result matters, but I'm also kind of worried about whether the scalp gets too irritated during the treatment! And the result!! We went with color 6 like I mentioned earlier — usually the roots and ends differ slightly in color, so it was matched to the color at the ends. It wasn't too bright, but it also wasn't too dark of a brown — indoors it looked calm, and in natural light it showed a subtle brown tone, exactly what I wanted!
