Gyedan Ramen’s main branch is in Ilsan, so it was hard to get to, and I was so happy to hear one had opened in Mokdong that I made it over pretty quickly!! It is close to Omokgyo Station and Hyundai Department Store Mokdong, too. The easiest way to explain the location? It is in the SBS basement! I had planned to try the basic Gyedan Ramen, but I saw fried makchang (pork intestine) among the toppings and ordered the motsu ramen instead. For just ₩1,000 more, I could try fried pork intestine, after all. I was already enjoying the ramen as it was, but I added some out of curiosity and preferred it with the seasoning. Try adding it after you have eaten about half. The fried pork intestine on top was the real kick. ## A Mokdong ramen restaurant for solo meals and family dining Gyedan Ramen Mokdong Branch is a new ramen restaurant close to Hyundai Department Store Mokdong, Omokgyo Station, and Mokdong Station! Personally, I loved how cozy the interior felt. I looked it up and saw good reviews for the tamago rice and milk tea too, so next time I will order milk tea instead of cola for dessert~~ Motsu ramen, with its rich broth and fried pork intestine topping, feels even more suited to weather that is gradually getting colder.
