My sister has dates with mom and dad pretty often, but I've been so busy with work I hadn't managed a proper date with them in a while! Since it had been so long, I picked dak-jjim — a menu all three of us would love. Hehe! (It was insanely good. Just straight up amazing. Adding the glass noodles was a genius move. This place actually has two kinds of napa cabbage kimchi at the self-serve bar — mild and spicy — and the spicy one is the real kicker! Perfect so the three of us didn't have to fight over them, one each. Every single bite was just so, so good!
