We'd been drinking fast at the first bar, so we started round two fairly early. As mentioned, Ganppa Beer Gwangalli 2 runs on a standing draft beer system. There are several bar tables set up, so you pick a spot, look over the menu board, and order.

The weather was in that awkward warm zone, so the ice-cold Sapporo draft tasted even better. Both the smooth foam and the refreshingly cold temperature were satisfying. The smooth swallow paired well with the crispy, slightly salty chicken skin tempura on the side.

### Hot jeong ramen, the shoyu ramen we added for broth

Wanting a bit of broth, we tried adding the hot jeong ramen. The hot jeong ramen is a shoyu ramen (soy-sauce-based ramen) with a rich, salty broth that made for a perfect drinking snack. It was good to eat in turns with the crispy chicken skin tempura. Above all, the main event — the Sapporo draft — was really fresh and good.
