After eating the fattier cuts, having pork neck felt like it reset your palate. Grilled well to keep the juices in, it wasn't dry at all — light and delicious. This was the part where I really appreciated ordering all three cuts together! My personal favorite was the kkodeul-mokssal! It has a distinctly chewy texture that's clearly different from the other cuts — if you like a good chew, I'd recommend this one especially. Delicious wrapped in lettuce or eaten plain — the kind of flavor you can keep eating without feeling weighed down 🥩 ## Verdict on a second visit to Biniljip Suam Branch This was our second visit to Biniljip Suam Branch, and it's still the place that comes to mind whenever I think of good BBQ restaurants in Nam-gu. The pork belly was reliably delicious, the kkodeul-mokssal had great chew, and the pork neck was light and clean — great for alternating between the three. On top of that, with free self-serve jeon and ramyeon, it's a great place to enjoy a full spread of meat plus sides. If you're like us and enjoy ordering several different cuts of meat and grilling them one by one with your partner, you'll probably enjoy it even more.
