Four coworkers went after work on a weekday and ordered the signature hot pot set with two tomato broths, one spicy red broth and one katsuo (bonito) broth, then added mixed fish balls and orange chicken. There were going to be four of us, and we all wanted hot pot but each wanted a different broth (lol), so I went looking for a place where everyone could pick their own broth — and found exactly that at J's Pot inside Coex Magok! J's Pot Magok is located at the far end of basement 2 in Tower A of Coex Magok. Here's the full J's Pot menu! This is the basic composition you get with the signature hot pot set if you choose tomato broth! (It's shown in full on the table-order screen.) The vegetables were packed in generously and there were plenty of fish balls, but we ended up adding more later! It was nice being able to taste it before adding extra, haha. Honestly the meat portion was a bit much for me, so I kept donating mine endlessly to my boyfriend next to me ^^ I was worried since it's not all-you-can-eat, but... the portion really wasn't lacking at all. And the color on that meat... amazing right?
