The very first thing that caught my eye as soon as it came out was, of course, the presentation! The plate was generously piled with beef, and dry-ice smoke billowed up from underneath, making it look much more spectacular than a regular plate of meat. Seeing the clear red color of the beef through the smoke made me reach for my camera first.
