The doneness was insane... they clearly managed to lock in the juices. It was incredibly tender. Not even a hint of toughness, it just melts in your mouth. I may or may not have scraped the plate clean. The cream sauce was thick yet had a subtle mushroom aroma running through it, and I really enjoyed it. If you like cream pasta, I think you'd enjoy this one a lot.
