After that came head spa time. Warm water trickled gently over my scalp, and the quiet sound of water was total ASMR! Lying still and listening to the water, my body gradually grew heavy and relaxed, tension melting away, and before I knew it I'd fallen into a deep sleep. It really felt like I'd just closed my eyes for a second, but I was apparently already at the finishing stage... haha!
