You really just turn into the alley and it's right there, so easy to find! There are a lot of offices around too, so it seems super convenient to stop by after work! I decided on her because of this line: "Detailed 1:1 consultation, carefully considering head shape, face shape, and lifestyle." They carefully applied scalp protector too, and pinned my roots straight up to hold them in place! When I asked why, she said it's so the roots can "remember" the shape — they're deliberately propped upright! And before starting the cut, she massaged my head to check the shape, and designed a new side bang shape to cover the M-shaped hairline! She really carefully confirmed exactly what look I wanted! Before the neutralizing step, she went back over the roots with an extremely thin flat iron to bring the volume back to life! And when I told her I really can't style my own hair, she showed me such an easy method! How to create the exact look I wanted! Even an easy way to add lift at the roots!
