I was already excited about what to order, haha. I went for Sunday lunch,! I thought it would be busy, so I deliberately arrived at opening time, and that was such a good choice. This is the cheese pork cutlet I mentioned earlier 🧀 The pork cutlet on the right is the regular one. As a buckwheat soba lover,, I had a bite of soba first. Did you know? The higher the buckwheat content, the softer and more tender the soba feels, and Gatjidong’s buckwheat soba was exactly like that! No wonder it was full of nutty buckwheat flavor. I mixed in the wasabi and grated radish.
