A Haebangchon alley near Noksapyeong Station Villa de Blue Haebangchon is close to Noksapyeong Station, so it's a perfect stop if you're moving on from hanging out in Itaewon. It's known for that waterfall-of-French-cheese visual. The gorgonzola cream gnocchi looked good too, and I was curious about the Nerano calamarata pasta. I heard the octopus dishes are great too, so I wanted to try one of those. We ended up ordering the polpo mambo, and I genuinely loved it — more on the taste below. The gnocchi fritts arrived! It's fried gnocchi, and I'd been curious to try it at least once. Sort of like fried rice cake — chewy and easy to eat. The octopus-and-potato combo was great, and even the peas were delicious (I'm someone who hates beans!). As you can see in the video, since it's made by mixing cheese and potato, it stretches like crazy. I'm honestly not that big a fan of lasagna usually, but oh — this one's different. Totally worth it! If you're looking for a Haebangchon date restaurant, Villa de Blue would be a great choice.
