My friend and I had actually watched that show together, so we joked, doesn't this feel like the 'Manhattan building' from it? and cracked up. You could really tell the owner put a lot of thought into the interior — great atmosphere. ABV 4.6%. It tasted so much like sweet coffee tiramisu — delicious. Similar to a Kahlua Milk but heavier and smoother?! Moai's ingredients: Jamaican rum, banana liqueur, orgeat syrup, passionfruit syrup, pineapple juice, mango juice. ABV 8%. With banana, pineapple and other sweet-tart fruit as the base, it tasted like a rich piña colada. Though it's clearly its own thing! ABV 15%. With lemon and yuja as the fruit base like Moai, I expected it to be sweet, but at 15% ABV, the gin flavor was undeniably strong.
