The charcoal heat was so strong it quickly seared the surface while keeping the rich juices locked in inside. So well grilled I just sat there admiring it.. I ate the first bite plain! One well-grilled piece dipped lightly in salt and popped in my mouth — a subtle smoky aroma with rich juices hit right away, and the savory flavor that spread with each chew, along with the soft texture, was excellent. ### Fresh wasabi with beef: a refreshing balance Since it's a fattier cut, when it started to feel a little rich I piled on fresh wasabi.
