As I wandered around taking in the lovely Seochon scenery that day, I was looking for somewhere I could enjoy a leisurely meal and ended up at Wine Stein Seochon (와인슈타인 서촌), a wine bar and café with a wonderful atmosphere! During the day, you can leisurely enjoy brunch, coffee, and desserts while looking out at beautiful Seochon through the huge windows; in the evening, it is also a great spot for a glass of wine with a gorgeous night view. As you explore Seochon's restaurant street, you will find it at the far end. Isn't the signature character on the sign just adorable? It really was a picture-perfect view, haha. If you are curious, give it a try! There were three coffee beans to choose from, and we ordered one each of Seochon Blossom, the signature bean blend, and Mulla e Blend, which has an easy-going flavor. Seochon Blossom was very acidic! Its bright acidity worked well with dessert or food because it cut through the richness, while Mulla e Blend was nutty and mild—a flavor that should suit just about everyone. ## The sandwich, mushroom soup, and cream pasta > Lunch Club A, Lunch Club B We received two identical plates of sandwiches and salad. The salad came with mozzarella and carrot râpée in a balsamic dressing. With apple and arugula inside, the sweet, salty, and slightly bitter flavors worked together so well, haha. It had a nicely al dente texture and a thick, delicious cream sauce!! It was not cloying, perfectly seasoned, and so, so tasty! At Wine Stein Seochon, you can admire the beautiful Seochon scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoy brunch at lunch, and have wine in the evening.
