Here is the menu at Yukseong, a Wangsimni meat restaurant👆 They have both pork and beef, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality. We ordered the pork set, doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), rice, and Zero Coke. The pork set comes with pork neck, gabrisal (pork collar), and ogyeopsal (five-layer pork belly). I am normally firmly on team samgyeopsal, you know? But as I will explain below, every cut of pork at Yukseong just melts in your mouth, and the juices are in/sane. Quality: good. Yukseong uses eco-friendly corn fuel that produces less smoke, so somehow the meat tasted even deeper? Of course, the meat itself is high quality, but I think the corn fuel plays a part too🌽 The staff kindly grill all the meat from beginning to end haha.
