The Ambrosia pastry pizza is a pastry-dough pizza loaded with sweet potato mousse, shrimp, pepperoni, and crispy potato flakes piled in the center — basically a bomb of sweet, salty and spicy ingredients. At first I couldn't tell what was in the middle and thought it was sweet potato when I bit into it alone — turned out to be the potato flakes!
