The thick noodles were hard to mix, but that meant they held the rich black-bean sauce so well—absolutely delicious ❤️ As someone who really loves jjajangmyeon, I can say Baoro China Sadang Branch gets the basics right: its jjajangmyeon is simply good 🌟 The fragrance of pepper and garlic made it spicy and pleasantly tingly, with even deeper savory flavor! The truly delicious, back-to-basics jjajangmyeon and jjamppong stay on my mind, and I am excited to try the other dishes too ❤️ It is no accident that this is a popular Sadang Station restaurant, haha. The restaurant is spacious, which makes it great for group gatherings.
