There was such a variety, from salad and japchae (stir-fried glass noodles) to seasoned seaweed, namul (seasoned vegetables), and kimchi. It did not feel like they had simply filled the table with lots of things; everything was neat and nicely presented. There were lots of sides that went well with the meat, so it felt like we were being properly treated from the very first table setting! ## How was the flower-cut rib platter? The flower-cut rib platter (500g), ₩98,000, arrived quickly. The meat was thick-cut, and its vivid red color was just shining. This was exactly what the phrase “really high-quality meat” is for..! I recommend Gogi 9dan Chimsan Direct Branch.. 💗 ## Dessert with patbingsu and coffee Something I unexpectedly really loved at Gogi 9dan Chimsan Direct Branch was the dessert service!! I thought we were done after filling up on meat, but then patbingsu (shaved ice with sweet red beans) came out at the end..? 🍨 It had red beans, injeolmi powder, rice cake, fruit, and cereal, so one or two spoonfuls were perfect for refreshing the palate. After meat, you crave something cool and sweet, and it was nice to have patbingsu before heading to a café, haha. Plus, Starbucks beans,, the quality service was genuinely satisfying right through to the very end 💗💗 From its spacious, tidy dining room to the neatly presented side dishes and high-quality flower-cut ribs, Gogi 9dan Chimsan Direct Branch had a great overall spread. In particular, the ₩18,000 9dan Set with yukhoe, kimchi jjigae, jjolmyeon, and sushi should feel like pretty good value for anyone who wants to enjoy meat with a little bit of everything.
