There were also ramen noodles, ssamjang (savory dipping paste), and vegetables available ✨ I loved everything about this restaurant, including how hygienically the self-service bar was maintained 🙇🏻♀️ My first homemade kimchi pancake at the DIY pancake station was a huge success! It was fun to make ourselves, and being able to choose the size was great. I loved this kind of service—it was one of the fun experiences 😁 For a soup dish, we had altang (a must-order menu item whenever you come to Veteran, number two). The plump roe popped wonderfully in the mouth.
