The fried chicken steak used thick whole chicken thigh meat, so it had a plump, steak-like richness compared to regular fried chicken! The Gyewon chicken cutlet is included in the Gyewon Set too, so my chicken-cutlet-loving friend and I happily shared it ㅎ_ㅎ And honestly, the egg fried rice here is a bit of a hidden hit, haha.
