I found it a bit tricky to handle myself, but the staff peeled everything one by one so it was easy to eat comfortably haha. The shrimp meat was plump and springy, sweet, with its own distinct savory flavor — so delicious 🦐. If you're someone who loves fresh raw shrimp, you'll be very satisfied with the taste!! And they fried the leftover shrimp heads separately for us~! Eating the crispy fried shrimp heads too meant nothing went to waste — felt like we really made the most of it 🤍 What I loved most was that it wasn't just raw shrimp — a wide variety of side dishes came out generously too!
