It would be best to visit outside 6:30–7:30 p.m.! It was so good dipped with the daechang! There are huge containers of onion pickles at the entrance, so I guess that is what they use! They also make their own kimchi..👍🏻 This place really is the real deal. But the gopchang was so fresh that I thought, “This would be delicious dipped in salt,” so I asked for some! The buttery filling was insane!!!!! Crunchy kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi) + mild tripe + pickled garlic—a fantastic combination in one bowl of rice!!
