This was my first time trying Taiwanese beef noodles, and the noodles were chewy and bouncy with a great bite, while the broth tasted a bit like doenjang soup...? plus something foreign, so it was easy to enjoy without any hesitation! Cheonghwawon left me extremely satisfied!
