It's a wide, hollow, tube-shaped noodle, and the thick sauce soaked into both the inside and outside of it, which was great! It's chewier and springier than pasta shapes I usually eat, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking to try something new. +Oh, and the jambon was made in-house too!
