If you love cheese, I'd also recommend gamssachidak, which adds cheese. The dakgalbi comes made entirely from fresh, hand-trimmed chicken thigh, prepped daily!!! Apparently they use a special sauce instead of a typical one — no gochujang at all?! The restaurant is quite spacious, so it's plenty big enough for group gatherings or company dinners!!
