They cooked each cut themselves, so we didn't have to worry about the grilling and could just talk as a family while we ate. The service was friendly without being overbearing, which I appreciated. Wasabi worked well too, and the wholegrain mustard was great. Eating lamb with mustard in particular cut through any richness and made each bite feel clean. Then there was a third sauce, a green house-made one (mint jelly), which had a slightly sweet taste. Grilled lamb goes into a tortilla with tomato salsa and mayonnaise, and this combination works surprisingly well. If you're looking for a good lamb chop restaurant in Hapjeong, I'd recommend Gukjeyangsik fairly confidently. Among Hapjeong meat restaurants, this one suits you well if you want to enjoy various sides along with the meat rather than just eat and leave.
