I found the elevator by the clock tower closer to the restaurant than the central main entrance. Being inside the department store also made parking and convenience facilities easy to use. We visited early on a weekday morning and ate at a relaxed pace. There was also a slightly more private area farther inside. Naver reservations were available, and I thought reserving an inner seat would be convenient for visitors with children or a group of six. ## How do you choose and order from the menu? Photos of the menu at the entrance helped with choosing. I was glad we chose “The Better One” sushi. It was full of flavor without feeling greasy or having any fishy smell. The wasabi was less spicy than I expected. The tofu salad in particular was soft and went well with the dressing, so I had a refill. The chashu was thinly sliced and tender. It was savory with a subtle umami flavor, so it was good on its own; with the ramen broth and noodles, it added more meatiness.
