The sweet-and-sour, spicy sauce soaked right into the noodles, and each springy mouthful left my palate refreshed. The crunchy vegetables added great texture too, and the sweet-and-sour, spicy umami sauce paired beautifully with the savory meat — I couldn't put my chopsticks down.
