The menu was divided into A, B, C, and D sets. The A set we had included galchi-jorim (braised cutlassfish), okdom-gui (grilled tilefish), chalsotbap (sticky rice cooked in an individual pot), ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab), and a choice of haemul ttukbaegi (seafood stew in an earthenware pot) or seongge miyeokguk (sea urchin seaweed soup). The meat came away softly, making it good with rice. The sea urchin seaweed soup had a refreshing broth with a savory depth. My husband especially liked it. I set aside a little for our baby, cut the seaweed into small pieces, and mixed it with rice; our baby ate it well.
