The prawn was chunky and had real presence, and the noodles were soaked in that rich shrimp-and-broth flavor. One bite in, the meat was pretty substantial! Crispy outside, packed with meat inside — great texture to chew on. The sweet-savory sauce had that distinctive black vinegar tang added on top, giving it a slightly more tart edge.
