Even though they were a side, they were huge. We grabbed disposable gloves from the self-service bar and ate them with our hands; there were several plump shrimp inside, and the tortilla and sauce worked so well together. Brisket comes from the lower chest of the cow and is commonly called a beef brisket cut. Brisket is incredibly tender, right? The coleslaw especially went so well with the meat!
