I visited Myeongin Dwaeji Gukbap (명인돼지국밥) on Cheonju-ro in Buk-myeon, Changwon. Whenever I passed by, the parking lot always seemed full of cars. The tall partitions between tables meant I was not directly facing diners at the next table. Some seats were on raised flooring, which made the space feel divided even within the same dining room. The sesame seeds sprinkled over it added a nutty flavor. The gukbap had a milky broth with shredded scallions, and it contained thick, large pieces of meat. I added dadegi and seasoned chives. Thinly sliced almonds were sprinkled on it, which made the side dishes feel thoughtfully prepared. I had the gangdoenjang with rice several times as well. ## What was the iced coffee like after the meal? I noticed a waiting-ticket dispenser at the counter.
