The single-portion bossam set came beautifully plated, with 4 types of side dishes and wraps served neatly. Even the basic side dishes weren't overly seasoned — clean and light. If you run out of wraps, you can just ask for more! No gamey smell at all, and thanks to the moist meat texture, it was delicious to the very last bite~ Paired with the sweet-and-tangy radish kimchi, the savory umami and crisp texture added to the clean bossam flavor, and ㅠㅠ I just kept reaching for more!!!!
