There were actually quite a few people eating alone, and like a Japanese restaurant there were more single seats lined up than I expected, so it didn't feel awkward to sit by myself. If you're looking for a solo dining spot in Seomyeon, Busan, this is a great place to come alone, eat a bowl of galbitang, and leave full ᨒ ོ ☼ The galbitang-making process looked surprisingly complicated. So that's why it's pricier than I expected... Personally, I preferred the basic version over the spicy one. It's not strongly seasoned, so the broth paired really well when eaten with the ribs. There's also jujube and ginseng inside!
