At first I was like, why are there fans here? But once I started eating, I suddenly got hot and sweaty, and thought, ahhh, so that’s why they put fans at every table...? I was quietly impressed. It arrived bubbling away and was seriously hot. If you want something crispy, order another dish ending in katsu rather than nabe. Hire katsu, perhaps? If it had been sticky rice here, I don’t think it would have worked? If I’d ordered another dish, I could have written about two things.... Is it balsamic? Anyway, I usually only eat brown dressing, and this was exactly! the flavor I like, so I was happy while eating the salad. Honestly, the meat was a little difficult to eat.... Maybe it was a bit tough? Perhaps because it had been cooked a lot, anyway...? That’s just my personal impression haha. There are very detailed instructions posted, so make sure to read them before you go~~ I didn’t particularly need the restroom, so I didn’t use it. That means I can’t leave a restroom review ㅠ Since I went on such a nice day for outdoor drinking-stall vibes, eating while feeling the gentle breeze was a lovely change of pace.
