I could see shrimp too, so I think they seasoned it with salted shrimp. When I took a spoonful, the smooth texture really stuck with me, and instead of anything harsh, I could comfortably taste the soybean's nuttiness and the sundubu's clean flavor! The whole block of tofu was so good~^^ Wrapping the boiled pork with tofu and gajami sikhae was honey-sweet! It was moist, with a spicy-sweet sauce soaked in well, perfect for eating with rice or as a drinking snack!
