Braised pork belly, yuzu octopus sukhoe, seafood fish-cake hot pot, chewy squid muchim, bulgogi with bean sprout stir-fry, spicy-grilled pork neck, seafood banga jeon (herb pancake), hogam jeon, aged-kimchi tuna rolls, spicy perilla-oil naengmyeon, grandma-style kalbi bibim, and spicy seafood ramyeon — plenty of dishes whose names alone made me curious.
