## Inside Salmon Brothers: seating and eating alone at the bar

Walking into Salmon Brothers, a warm and cozy interior catches your eye. There are tables for two or four people, plus bar seating perfect for drinking solo, so whether you come with friends or alone, it's comfortable either way.

## Salmon Brothers menu and prices: what we ordered

Salmon Brothers offers a wide range of dishes, from signature items like salmon sushi, aglio e olio, and a mixed platter of salmon tartare and flounder, to tataki sushi, salmon cream cheese roll, and truffle cream pasta. Today we ordered the best-seller tataki and raw salmon sushi half-and-half (₩17,000), the salmon cream cheese roll (₩18,000), truffle cream pasta (₩16,000), and a cider (₩2,000).

The cider came out first, served with an ice cup filled with cute bear-shaped ice. Adorable, right? Haha.

Not long after, the tataki and raw salmon sushi half-and-half, the salmon cream cheese roll, and the truffle cream pasta all arrived together. True to its title as a top salmon spot in Gwangalli, the visuals alone were insane.

First up, I tried the truffle cream pasta!

With a thick, creamy sauce and a pleasant hint of truffle, this is a pasta almost no one would dislike. It's loaded with toppings like mushrooms, bacon, and garlic, so you can enjoy it fully all the way to the last bite.

## Salmon cream cheese roll: does it work with wine?

Next, I tried the salmon cream cheese roll, the dish I was most looking forward to.

Aged salmon combined with a refreshing sauce and soft, sweet cream cheese makes this the perfect pairing for wine. Eating it with sliced cherry tomatoes doubles the flavor. If you love salmon, this is a must-try dish!!

## Tataki and raw salmon sushi half-and-half: the dish that changed my mind

I quickly dug into the tataki and salmon sushi half-and-half too...!!

My eyes went wide the second I took a bite,,, the sushi at Salmon Brothers is seriously incredible. The salmon sushi topped with thick, generous slices of raw salmon made me think, wow, this is what real salmon sushi tastes like. And the tataki had that lightly torched, smoky flavor on the outside with thick raw salmon inside — genuinely so, so good... I used to prefer raw salmon sushi way more than tataki, but Salmon Brothers actually changed my taste.

If you're looking for a great salmon restaurant in Gwangalli, or a good date spot there, I highly recommend trying the salmon cream cheese roll, the tataki and salmon sushi half-and-half, and the truffle cream pasta at Salmon Brothers!!
