First, the hambagu omurice. Soft, moist egg sits on top of the hambagu, so it looked tender just from looking at it. The egg wasn't dry at all — it was moist, and the texture went really well with the hambagu. Genuinely delicious. ## Geso-age and the review-event okonomiyaki at Gyuen Dang For a side, we ordered geso-age! It's squid fried up crispy, so it went well alongside the gyukatsu and omurice. The outside was crispy and the squid inside was chewy, making it easy to keep picking at between bites. Overall the food wasn't too heavy or intense, so eating several dishes together didn't feel like a lot. And the okonomiyaki we got from the review event! Nice to have something light after the meal, haha.
