The inside of Yangsimso Ansan Gojan Branch has spacious tables, so you can eat comfortably wherever you sit. I also liked that the tables are set well apart. There are also private rooms at the back, and if you reserve through Naver in advance, it looked like up to about 24 people could eat in one room. It seemed even better for a company dinner or family meal, since you can eat quietly! We had reserved ahead too, so our table had a reserved sign haha. The side dishes were already set out, everything except the fire and the meat, which I liked. I think it was my first time having kkotgalbi with the rib bone still attached. At Yangsimso Ansan Gojan Branch, a plate of yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) comes free as well, and it was so good. The kimchi also had something like myeongtae-hoe (seasoned pollock) in it. Since there's kodari naengmyeon (cold noodles with semi-dried pollock) among the side menu items, I guess it's the same thing. Even though it's just a basic side, it was quite big, which I liked, and it had plenty of meat in it, so it was perfect for the two of us to share. ## How did the kkotgalbi taste? While we happily ate the side dishes and waited, the kkotgalbi was done! First bite with salt! It melted in my mouth, honestly the best. They say it's usually best to eat lean meat first and then fatty meat, but personally I like fatty meat first and lean meat after. When I cut it open after grilling, it wasn't a plain sausage, there was something like cheese inside, which made it even better! Grilled golden brown, it's even tastier! We ate until we were full, then paid! There's mouthwash and dental floss at the counter too, which was nice. If you use the building's underground car park, you get 2 hours of free parking, and if it's full, you can park in the public lot right in front.
