Healthy banchan like chwinamul, samchae namul, perilla leaves, bangpul namul, cucumber salad, and nuts were served neatly, and with the added octopus shrimp stir-fry, the spread felt even more abundant. They say the gangdoenjang is made with seasonal mushrooms, potatoes, peppers, and green onions from South Chungcheong, all grown directly at Bapkkot Farm — you can really taste that healthy, honest flavor. It wasn't too salty, so mixing plenty into the rice made for a clean, delicious bite.
