I tend to taste the broth before the noodles when pho arrives, and after one spoonful I knew I'd picked well that day. The broth was rich and delicious — not thin or flat, but deep with real brisket flavor, which I loved. I alternated between bean sprouts and noodles, then went back for more broth. On a day when it's starting to cool down like this, warm broth like this really hits the spot. Personally, when pho broth is bland I tend to lose interest after the first few bites, but this time I kept spooning up the broth the whole meal. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for lunch around Eojin-dong or searching for restaurants near Sejong Arboretum — with such a wide menu, there's something for every taste.
