The deep soybean-paste flavor combined with the vegetables’ savory taste for a wonderfully earthy and salty dish. Mixed into rice, it was so satisfying and filling. It was not overpowering, yet I kept reaching for it! ## My overall take after this tidy Korean spread Bapkkot Hansang was not just a Korean set-meal restaurant with a lot of menu items; every dish was flavorful and felt thoughtfully made. The seasoning was mild overall and easy to enjoy, and sampling such a variety of dishes made for a thoroughly satisfying meal. The atmosphere was comfortable and the food was beautifully arranged, making this seem like a great place for a family meal or to bring your parents!
