It's 5 minutes from Daejeon City Hall Station, and the atmosphere is so good it works for dates, family dinners, and especially blind dates. I was honestly moved by the food, so let me share! The location is great, right? Easy to reach by public transport too. So pretty..! The bread is ciabatta, thinly sliced and apparently toasted in the oven — nice and crisp. The soup is corn soup! Nutty and delicious. The sauce is spicy and creamy at the same time — kind of like a nutty, spicy sriracha mayo vibe? No gaminess at all, and since it's tenderloin, it was soft. The cheese was nice and thick to start, and the crust was pastry dough, so it was crispy. Bologna's signature bolognese ragu pasta, ₩19,000 It comes with two slices of crisply toasted olive ciabatta, and the sauce is thick and generous, so it's great for spreading on bread. The sauce is so good the bread tastes amazing too! (They said it's simmered for 4 hours.) It looks like a small portion but there's actually quite a lot. It's fettuccine, cooked just right — soft yet springy. The sauce soaked in nicely too. That's how good it was. Two slices of pizza were left over, and when we asked to take them home, they happily packed them in a neat container. (Thank you!) ## To sum up Today I went to 'Bologna' and had such a delicious meal. Being right in front of Daejeon City Hall, it was great to get to whether by car or on foot, and I really loved the warm, classic, wood-toned atmosphere — such a comfortable meal. It was so tasty and reasonably priced that I'm planning to go again!
