Since I was in Pohang, I figured I had to try mulhoe (cold raw fish soup), so I headed to Ppwang Mulhoe near Yeongildae Beach haha😆 The mulhoe and hoe-deopbap were both delicious, so here's my review. ## Where is Ppwang Mulhoe, and what are its hours and parking?
