## Where is Low Five Anguk, and how do you walk there from Anguk Station?

Low Five Anguk is a Bukchon pizza restaurant right in front of Anguk Station Exits 2 and 3. Just walk into the alley next to Ichae Café — it's located in the alley before you cross the crosswalk in front of the Jaedong Elementary School bus stop :)

My friend said she'd come over near my office after work, so we decided to finally check out a place I'd been wanting to try. I thought it was a pretty café with a red hanger out front, but it turned out to be a pizza place — here's my review of Low Five Anguk.

## What is the dining room at Low Five Anguk like?

This spacious Bukchon pizza restaurant has a Paris kind of feel — the inside of Low Five Anguk is really wide open. I left work right on time and arrived for the dinner opening run. By dinner time there was already a wait, which honestly surprised me. Great atmosphere, great pizza, and I never knew about it?! It was right next to my office this whole time and I had no idea.

Every table comes with a basic setting of fork, knife, water, and pickles. Other things like hot sauce, parmesan, extra knives, and small plates are available at the self-serve bar. When we needed a pickle refill, the staff brought more right away! Such friendly staff, it made the whole meal feel better.

## Caesar salad and lemonade

The Caesar salad and lemonade were the first things to come out. Somehow my friend and I ended up ordering the same drink 🍋 Other tables' pasta and kimchi fried rice looked really tempting, but since we were planning a second stop at a café for dessert haha, we compromised on the salad.

The Caesar salad was seriously generous just from the looks of it 🥗✨ Piled with fresh vegetables and snowed under with cheese, it looked amazing before I even took a bite. The crunchy vegetables and savory cheese worked really well together, and the extra bits mixed in added more texture and flavor. The portion was pretty big too, so whenever the pizza got a little heavy, we'd scoop some salad in between. Good call choosing the salad.

## How does the corn and taco half-and-half pizza taste?

Finally, the main dish arrived — the half-and-half, which we chose as corn pizza and taco pizza. Getting to enjoy two flavors at once was the best part of this pizza 🍕🌽 The generous, nicely toasted corn on top was sweet with a fun popping texture, and paired with the cheese it got even more savory. The taco pizza had tomato, onion, and meat toppings with spices, giving it a slightly spicy, exotic taste! The crust in particular was golden brown, crispy but chewy, and paired really well with the toppings. The combination of the two flavors was unusual and genuinely delicious — way better than I expected!!

Personally, I thought the spicy kick of the taco side paired really well with the sweetness of the corn side. If you're not great with spicy food, though, I'd recommend a different menu item over the taco!

## Is it enough food for two people?

Low Five Anguk near Anguk Station seems like it would be great for a date or a hangout with friends! The pizza only comes in one size, and since we got the half-and-half, we still had a slice left over. If we hadn't ordered the salad and had gone with a main dish instead, it might have been a bit too much food.
