That's rare, so rare 👏🏻😇👏🏻 But you guys, Pork80's meljorim (simmered anchovy) is the real star 😭🤍 I normally avoid meljeot (fermented anchovy sauce) because of its distinct smell, but this wasn't meljeot at all — it's anchovies simmered down into meljorim, and it was a completely different experience. Savory with zero fishy taste. It has a surprisingly subtle matcha aroma that made it really tasty. After finishing the meat, we mixed the leftover meljorim into rice, and that was another amazing combo.
