Since it's a pizza specialty restaurant, I didn't have high hopes for the salad, but I was surprised at how fresh the ingredients actually looked once I opened the box! The crisp, crunchy texture of the fresh salad vegetables was still totally intact, and it was generously loaded with salty, soft jambon that gave it a really upscale flavor.
