We went for a late lunch around 2pm after finishing our morning plans, and even then the place was full of diners. Sit by the window and you can enjoy the ocean view while you eat. We ordered the bada punggyeong stew, large-medium. Somehow it feels wrong to come to Jeju and not eat cutlassfish, haha. Even locals feel that way — you need to eat it once in a while to feel properly settled. The kids eat it well too. Before the food arrived, the basic side dishes were set out. The staff deboned the fish with practiced skill, which made eating it so much easier. Now the braised cutlassfish makes its entrance! It comes out still bubbling, and the spicy, fiery-looking sauce looked incredibly appetizing.
